The beginning of Faithfulness. Douglas Chapel’s foundation was started by Cassius and Roberta Locke and and their desire and personal commitment to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ through their dedication to Children’s Christian Outreach. They knew the importance of a good foundation in the saving grace of Gods Only Son and good character and how it can influence a young man or woman’s life.
